About US
We believe that planning for the future of our town and county in the beautiful Hudson Valley should be based on a vision shared by all, regardless of political party. We want a town that maintains its character but builds toward resiliency. We want citizens involved in making wise choices. We want a transparent government, not one that is concerned only with perpetual control.
We believe that:
- Our local government should work for us
- Public participation in government is essential
- Local governance must be completely transparent to be trusted
- Citizen committees offer better advisement to our local representatves
- Party politcs is about maintaining power, not serving the voters
